Simply compare was born out of personal experience with trying to build our dream home. It took 3 years and over to get a decision stage before we could even engage a builder. It ended up costing north of $1 million. Our obsession with running on budget and on time meant that we had to get into every little detail in depth which we now want to share with everyone else.
