Simply compare was born out of personal experience with trying to build our dream home. It took 3 years and over to get a decision stage before we could even engage a builder. It ended up costing north of $1 million. Our obsession with running on budget and on time meant that we had to get into every little detail in depth which we now want to share with everyone else. We have no affiliations with any builders which means that our recommendations will always be pure and objective.
